It turns out, out PTZ cameras don't even have a way to use the NDI license key even if I had them (keys). The cameras do have an HDMI port and a USB port. The simplest solution (other than buying new cameras) would be USB->CAT5->USB->OBS. Alternative is HDMI->cat5->-HDMI->OBS. at least the HDMI strategy starts with a video signal. I'm not sure if the USB port on the camera transmits video.
